During our international residency-workshop, Path of the Lotus Flower, we present several open performances or lectures, for our residency participants, and for other audiences. All events take place at Teatret OM - simply show up on the given time, no need to book tickets. 

Please show up a bit before the event will start. There are cool drinks on offer in our foyer 30 mins before performance start. We close the doors, when the performance begins.

About the performance: 
This work demonstration is an invitation to travel alongside a theatre woman through years of training to acquire her craft, meeting different faces of her own face. It speaks of chaos, difficulties and ways to solve them, attempts and failures; and especially, it tells about the encounter with her teachers, touching upon topics like discipline, and emotions during preparation and at the moment of facing the spectators.

About the performance: 
The performance, is about absence: the absence of a father, the absence of a body to bury and the absence of 30.000 missing people in Argentina, during the last military dictatorship. But absence generates its opposite: resistance, presence and identity. Absence, is the starting point to build a performance that contains both, a personal message and political discourse.
