Indhold:

After the wonderful days of August in 2023, we repeat Art-Nature LAB here in 2024. Once again, the days will focus on immersion and exchanges between the participants' experiences with artistic or other kinds of work in and with nature. The contents of Art-Nature LAB grasps wide between several kinds of crafts, materials and traditions. 

Place:

The program takes place at Teatret OM and other locations in and around Ringkøbing. 

  

Price:

Dayticket: 250 dkk. 

Partoutticket: 950 dkk. 

Since we want to especially support the use of both art and nature in education we extend a special price for all teachers and students. 

For teachers and students ticketprices are: 

Dayticket:  150 kr. 

Partoutticket: 600 kr. 

Ticketprice includes the price of lunch for the chosen days. 

Ticket does not include sleeping arrangements, which the participants must arrange for themselves. 

 

OBS:

The Program for Art-Nature LAB mostly takes place outside. Please remember to bring clothing accordingly. 

Participants should bring:

  • Sensible footwear - both for hiking/walking and for if it rains
  • Consider bringing rainwear, depending on the weather
  • Mosquito spray and possibly spray against ticks
  • Sunprotection
  • Possibly a sleeping bag, if you want to participate in spending the night in Hoverdal shelter from Saturday-Sunday

Lecturers:  

Marija Kozomora, Serbian artist, textile designer and founder of slow-fashion brand kozomora Lecture and workshop about sustainable production of fasion, and natural dyeing of textiles. 

Dragana Kojicic, Serbian architect, with focus on sustainable buildings made from natural materials.  https://www.instagram.com/dramarchin/?hl=da 

Cristina Maria Aimaretti, Argentinian artist and researcher. Through her work she puts focus on social and environmental conflicts. This year Cristina will share daily video-logs from her active project in the Pantanal on the Parana river. https://www.cristiaimaretti.com.ar/

Berit Kiilerich, Professionel shepherd trained in England, and founder of the cultural center, Lystbækgaard. Lecture about sheep, wolves, wool and working with animals in nature. Workshop ”WoolLand”. https://www.lystbaekgaard.dk/

Kirsten Bjerge, previous kitchen leader at Vestjyllands Højskole, and continuously working with biodynamic gardening and cooking. 

Petra Lindblom, Swedish Actress, Gestalttherapist and Shamanistics Advisor. Since 2019, she has been a part of  the Generous Forrest, (Den Generösa Skogen), whom produces "hiking-performances" in the forrest, through theatre, art and music. https://generosaskogen.se/

Leo Valentin Lindblom, Researcher at Skogforsk - Forrestry Research Center in Sweden. 

Dina Abu Hamdan, Cultural Consultant in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality, works with cultural enterprises and international partnerships. She is also Artistic Leader of WINTERLIGHT festival and developer of Brogården Cultural Center.  

 

Art-Nature LAB originates from UR-NAT International Performance Art Festival in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality.
